We try to find out a new classroom management methodology and provide a new approach to assist teacher on classroom management. In this research, we adopt the method of action research. The research subjects are fifth-grade students in some elementary school in Taipei City. The researcher collects some related data, such as self-reflection diary, student's data, the class atmosphere scale and interview records, etc. We have developed a set of class management strategy through IRS, and obtain following results: 1. A set of classroom management strategy designed with IRS is feasible on fifth-grade students in elementary school. 2. Teacher can understand and analyze student’s viewpoint through data collected by IRS. Furthermore, teacher can understand individual condition and interaction situation of students. 3. Students can more completely express personal opinion in class activities and understand peers which can promote the relationship among each other. 4. There is significant difference in normal regulations, expressing opinions, learning atmosphere, and emotional condensation aspects.
