But sports can not always bring help for our health. Incorrect or excessive sports will bring the injury instead. For example the high strength moves and can bring out the myocardium skeleton skin and immune cell apoptosis. The ones that study the evidence and point out , the regular one is engaged in having oxygen sports and can be lightenned to chronic disease suffers from and can improve one's own body rightly.But the focal point of the question is " How strong sports are proper ". In determining that our physiological sports react, the intensity and duration of the movement have played a main role, so this question would be understood by us. The death of the cell is a very important part in life course. This special death way is one of the mechanisms that the organism regulates normally, it is a kind of physiological course of taking the initiative too. Such special death phenomenon is called ' apoptosis '. Apoptosis has a lot of different mechanisms, and these mechanisms all have accurate control. These different mechanisms of bringing out can is it be a common route to gather, that is activation of the caspase. Once caspases is activated, will begin to produce chain reaction like nuclear reactor, can finish the whole execution that apoptosis within several ten minutes. We had investigated the effects of different intensities aerobic exercise in succession-induced caspase9 on leukocyte apoptosis. In order to seek and call 12 marathon race players accept of 35% VO2max,60 % VO2max,85 % VO2max run sportining. The intensity of each kind lasts 7 days and interval four weeks. Found it under 35 % VO2max and 60 % VO2max intensity of movement, Every data have not reached the showing value. But under 85 % VO2max intensity of moving,use flow analyse that activates the attitude caspase-9 protein to behave and measure in the cytoplasm. Show that active caspase-9 protein behavior amount is before running on the third day, it behaves and measures peaking, there will be little reducing after running on the third day. In apoptosis part, find two wither and flee for peak period, appear separately on D3 andD5’. In change of Cortisol thickness,on D1’ begins to drop until D3, Then rise again, reach the highest peak to run on the third day, But has not reached the level of showing. The thickness begins to drop again, drop to the seventh day afterwards. Conclusion, glucocortcoid produced of high strength sport,may be is mitochondrial/cytochrome c pathway induced leukocyte apoptosis. 35 % VO2max and 60 % VO2max sport perhaps intensity because the intensity fail to hasten to make cortisol thickness raise, so have no trend of influencing.
