| Summary: | 碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 96 === The tactile test machine of tact switch that develops process is the main issue in this paper. At first, we discuss the basic research of touch in this paper. Thereafter, we make use of the structure of tact switch, and explain movement principle and characteristic. Finally, we introduce four part of Sensor, Controller, Actuator, and Mechanism in the whole testing system. According to the characteristic of tact switch, we study measure principle by using Visual Basic software to write the program. Besides four parts of test system one used and integrated completely to reach the measure mint of the tactile of tact switch and the automation in device fabrication.
The system is corrected during testing procedure. The test makes the system more accurate. And then test the way actually with by using the sample test. The system’s repetition can be assured. Therefore, it is obvious that the system has both of good accuracy and repetitiveness.
