This study is starting point to build distribution of the total profits and cost function on a single enterprise logistics outsourcing and decentralization. The cost structure of outsourcing or not, what is the best strategy for enterprise under the critical value of cost and distribution of profits. This study is to construct the financial model for the profit function on the basis of the financial model to the institute on innovative financial formula for logistics single outsourcing and decentralization outsourcing model from the building to make a complete empirical performance. It is such as a complexity of the external environment and uncertainties environment. This study ruled out the financial model for this phenomenon, the financial model of research on the use of fuzzy theory. The main axis of this study is still in construction costs and profits relative function model to provide business owners in a logistics single outsourcing and decentralization outsourcing of decision-making. The final results from the study found, the institute proposed by the finance model can really clear logistics on financial analysis for decision-making.
