Summary:碩士 === 吳鳳技術學院 === 光機電暨材料研究所 === 96 === This thesis mainly investigates the microwave dielectric material Nd(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3 by adding different sintering aids for the effects of microwave properties. The experimental results show that at 10 mol% B2O3 addition to Nd(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3 can efficiently reduce sintering temperature from 1500 oC to 1325 oC, and the dielectric properties of materials are εr value of 26.2, Qxf value of 61307GHz(at 9.63GHz) and τf value of -45.5 (ppm/oC). Besides, we fabricated a dual-mode bandpass filter on both Nd(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3 substrate and FR4 substrate. They were designed and simulated by Ansoft HFSS. As a result, it is found that the Nd(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3 substrate have a higher Qxf value and higher dielectric constant with smaller size filter and better frequency respond then FR4.
