A Programmable System-on-CHip (PSoC) is empLoyed as microprocessor. Upon the user’s selection the LCD module exHibits the folLowings in real-time: membersHip labels, degrees of variables, and output values. In addition, LEDs are used to indicate the rules in progress. By connecting tHis teacHing aid to a designed system student can begin to perform hand-on experiments on control and receive more practical experiences. Efforts also made in designing and building an inverted pendulum and a heater-in-bowl as the objects for validation. Abstract
The objective of tHis study is to deveLop a teacHing aid on fuzzy control equipped with single cHip approach wHich can be used in both lecture and laboratory. A Programmable System-on-CHip (PSoC) is empLoyed as microprocessor. Upon the user’s selection the LCD module exHibits the folLowings in real-time: membersHip labels, degrees of variables, and output values. In addition, LEDs are used to indicate the rules in progress. By connecting tHis teacHing aid to a designed system student can begin to perform hand-on experiments on control and receive more practical experiences. Efforts also made in designing and building an inverted pendulum and a heater-in-bowl as the objects for validation.
