The Farmers’ Association, after accompanying the farmers for decades, is facing an ever fierce competition after Government’s loosen control on imported goods, and is encountering unprecedented challenges and difficulties. The Farmers’ Association has been long taking up an active role in the remediation of the gaps between farmers’ demand and administrative institutions’ supply. However, its existence is still being challenged quite often. Most of the Farmers’ Associations have no choice but to change its business model. This change is not only including internal re-organization, but also strategic alliance, integration of resources, technology innovation, and agriculture upgrade to make sure the business continuity thru expanding the development area of Taiwan agriculture. This research adopts observation thru participation and questionnaire techniques to collect preliminary data. These data are analyzed thru statistic means of frequency distribution, percentile and media. The results of this research are as follows: 1.Result of questionnaire thru SWOT analysis: Close-end questions based on Liker’s 5 points measurement: strongly agree (5), agree (4), no comment (3), disagree (2), strongly disagree (1). After applying the media of this agreement tendency, those internal organization strength, weakness, external opportunities and threats being regarded as relevant to advance the competitive advantages of farmers’ cooperative are in consistent with those items confirmed thru frequency distribution and percentile methods. 2.This research uses Farmers’ Association background, its development, its current business operation and SWOT Analysis as basis, thru resource foundation theory analysis and via participation observation and supporting evidences, to prepare the business strategy of Farmers’ Association. These business strategies are “Organic Production and Sale Alliances Strategic”, “Experiencing Leisure Agriculture and Regimen”, “Insurance Agent Alliances Strategic”, and “Rural Bank”.
