There are few enterprise can do everything from material, machining, manufacture to products of customers. So enterprise must promote self competitive strength to deal with fickle market and reinforce cooperation with up and down stream enterprise, and integrate entire supply chain to achieve responding quickly to customer demand. Enterprise uses inventory to deal with uncertainties in customer demand of supply chain, so the inventory control system would affect the performance of supply chain. In this paper, applying fuzzy theory to control the inventory system in supply chain and using Self-Organizing Map (SOM), Rough set theory to find better order level of supply chain members. The fuzzy inventory control system would want to have better total cost and product fill rate in supply chain environment. In this research, a series of simulation experimental have been carried out in different supply chain environment. The experimental results shows that use the fuzzy control system will get better supply chain performance than use the fixed order interval control system. Use the fixed order interval control will generate Bullwhip effect, and lead to more inventory cost in upper layer member of supply chain.
