The forging company workers are constantly involved in repetitive motion, handling work and working in the same position for a long period of time. In the working environment, also include high temperature, vibration, therefore generally have a very high musculoskeletal discomfort. Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ) and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) checklist analysis were employed in the study. The questionnaires were redesigned from NMQ, and used to survey the musculoskeletal discomfort of forging company workers. Moreover, also used the MSDs to investigate the musculoskeletal risk factors. The results of the study showed that there was high prevalence of musculoskeletal discomfort conditions in the past 6 months by NMQ questionnaire, the ratio of feeling musculoskeletal disorders had been listed as 9 major parts proposed by the workers. They are listed as below:shoulder 54%, lower-back or waist 47.3 %, hand or wrist 46 %, elbow 39.7%. In addition, differences in prevalence of musculoskeletal discomfort in lower-back or waists, elbows and ankle or foot were existed between the three factories. This implied that some automatic devices would reduce the upper limb and back or lower limb of the musculoskeletal discomfort. The results of this study by MSDs checklist, also showed the total of 3 workstations in upper limbs, and 10 workstations in both backs and lower limbs need to be assessed for improvement. The results of this study propose the workstation should be redesigned from ergonomic to reduce the musculoskeletal discomfort. Min-Sheng Chen 陳敏生 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW |
