The population consisted of 180 members including both Taiwanese and Vietnamese of the National Yunlin University of Science & Technology. The literature was reviewed looking for a set of common attributes that could be responsible for the largest rate of adoption. The literature suggests that Rogers’ five attributes of innovation namely, relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability influence on attitude towards adoption. The findings result highlight the role and direction of these factors towards Laptop computer. This should help decision makers cultivate the positively correlating factors to enhance Laptop computer adoption while trying to reduce the effects of the negative factors. Findings from the descriptive statistics revealed that Taiwanese and Vietnamese users perceived relative advantage, compatibility as the most important factors which strongly positive correlate with attitude towards their adoption of Laptop computer, whereas complexity negative correlate with their adoption means that individual users want to minimize the complexity effects of Laptop computer like hard to use, hard to understand.
