As for schools, the recent price increases have put pressure upon the secretary of luncheon as a cross-border. The pressure may cause the secretary to lose the job satisfaction, thus indirectly lead to the profitable damage of the internal customers. Therefore, with the relational prerequisite of organizational leadership and ambience, the problems generated by too much pressure upon the role of a cross-border have become one of the important issues at this stage.. In this study, through empirical analysis within the scope of Changhua, Yunlin and Chiayi County, taking the denominator of secretaries of luncheon in 480 public and private elementary schools in these three areas, conducting a comprehensive survey by mail, receiving a total of 291 valid questionnaires, reaching the valid recovery rate of 64.1 percent. Through the examination of hypothesis and analysis. How to do a good job in human resources management, creating a pleasant working environment for school staff physically and mentally is essential. Besides, from the study questionnaire we learn that part of the secretaries of luncheon is taken up by the school nurses, while mostly are concurrently by schoolteachers. As a result, the study suggests that schools providing the nutritious lunch themselves increase the establishment of secretary of luncheon, to handle the business professionally. By doing this, they can not only reduce burden on teachers, making teachers concentrate on classroom management and teaching affairs, but also enhance work efficiency by especially personal management.
