Description
Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 96 === Vital signs are measurements of the body''s most basic functions. The four main vital signs routinely monitored by medical professionals and healthcare providers include: body temperature, heart rate, respiration rate and blood pressure...etc. Vital signs variability can reflect disease severity and clinical status instability. With the use of the trend change in one vital sign and/or the dispersion of each vital sign, healthcare workers can easily identify significant clinical decision time points. Even science and technology is developed, Vital signs are always the important part of measurements of the body. In Taiwan , the hospital tracks the vital signs of patient, but it sometimes make a mistake of write them down, doctor can’t get patient’s situation in real time, even enter doctor must set up clinical experience again newly. Therefore, this dissertation would like to combine the clinical experience of doctor and embedded systems, making a system in a self organizing manner. The system we establish can get patient’s vital signs in real time, learning the decision making from clinical experience, and response the real state of patient. Enhancing the quality of medical care, effective using medical resource, help patients whenever they need.
