Description
Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 96 === A company must link with other organizations to enhance its competition strength under a more intense situation. Linking with other companies is even crucial when the company’s resource is restricted. Therefore, how considers to the relational benefit and the relational risk, analyzes to supplies chain of the chain new relations development to connectedness influence. As a result, it becomes the key issue in this study. Looking over the related literatures available in inter-organization relationship, most of them concentrated on the performance of relationship, but they rarely analyzed how relationship benefits and relational risk affects connectedness. If the organizations may receive some benefits that other suppliers can’t offer during the transaction process, they’ll be willing to develop the relationship. Therefore, whether the organization is satisfied can explicate the relationship between the organizations. Furthermore, the risk factor plays an important role in the development of inter-organization relationship. It’s because the degree of influence of relational risk and relationship benefit will appraise the connectedness. However, some relational risk (such as opportunistic behaviour, conflict), may be subject to the impact of changes in relationship benefit, if the organizations have more common interests, the two sides will be possible to safeguard common interests and may reduce speculation and conflict. And some relational risk may not be affected by the interest (such as non-learning risk, and loss of competences). But these relational risk will be affected to inter-organizational connectedness. The empirical study aims at top 2000 manufactory enterprises selected from the directories of the 2007 Chinese Credit top 2000 firms in Taiwan. The research units are manufacturers and subcontractors, and two mailings of the questionnaire were distributed to the senior mangers, R&D managers or experienced managers. Raising the total response to 258, this produced a final response rate of 12.9%. After using structural equation model (SEM) to analyze returned questionnaires, the results show fine goodness of fit in measuring model and structural model. In addition, 5 hypotheses are supported in p-value<0.05. We found that manufacturers and subcontractors will enhance their positive interaction to construct close connectedness relationship for common benefits; hence the quality of information flow is raised. On the other hand, In order to obtain more benefits, the opportunistic behavior and conflicts this kind of relational risk behavior to be able to come under the suppression. We also discover in relationship development process, relational risk affect connectedness negatively. In conclusion, the theoretical framework model concerning the influence of the relationship benefits and the relational risk shall be measured more accurately by improving the Interorganizational Relationship in Supply Chain model. We hope this research will contribute to further studies and provide some suggestions for implementing management of the relationship between supply chains.
