In building industry, constructs again, when under light maintenance idea, facility plan construction, cost of the less consideration transport business maintenance stage, causes to be unable correctly to carry out the maintenance work, creates the following more influences security as well as the increased society cost burden, finally must pay the more extra cost, if can clearly understand life cycle of facility with grasps the degenerated time spot, may shift to an earlier time does maintains or the service movement grows life of the facility. Studies in the past the store front facility maintenance the life cycle and the condition pro all made reliability the forecast analysis by the historical material, for example, Markov chain or the kind of neural network and so on made the probability analysis, how much but easily the historical material, the quality and the effectiveness for a period of time affected its research results, therefore this research by fuzzy theory life of cycle and deteriorated period store front facility had the probability, will need the first maintenance the important path facility first to make movement of the service or the alternate material, increased its life cycle and facilities life, and the reduced unnecessary budget arranged the row, reduced the cost disbursement. This research will transform the probability, by a resource-constrained project scheduling and the constraint programming concept, after the probability value wrap will enter its transformation ILOG OPL studio to extract the most suitable pattern, finally will penetrate the case analysis and the confirmation, apply maintenance decision-making and the management the facility, as well as the cost budget will arrange row and the control, will provide information for maintaining the decision-maker or plans personnel set of references maintenance management units.
