Therefore, remaining to strengthen the ability of hazardous response in labors of a factory is important. In this research, labors of an industrial park in central Taiwan were chosen to carry on questionnaire investigation and hazardous response training. The questionnaire was designed by Likert’s five points method (very satisfied shows 5; satisfied shows 4; no comment shows 3; unsatisfied shows 2; and very unsatisfied shows 1) and the results using 319 effective questionnaires indicated that labors in this industrial park thought the ability of hazardous response, satisfied industrial emergency management and the important of hazardous response training were 3.81, 3.87, and 4.43, respectively. Labors in this industrial park thought the appropriate training frequency was three hours every six months. In training items, Labors in this industrial park expressed the important training items order following awareness of first responders, incident commander training, technician training, and specialist training. In addition, Labors in this industrial park expressed drill was the most effective method to check the outcomes of the training, but the practicability method was not noticeable using a drill due to not significant on statistics. Moreover, the outcomes of the training accomplished using a quiz. The score more than 90 points before training was 65.8% and 99.6% after training with 250 labors in this industrial park. The difference of score was significant on statistics and the results indicated that the improvement of hazardous response in labors of this industrial park. This research could offer some experiments to labors of hazardous response training and the authority for strengthening the ability of treatment the industrial hazardous emergency.
