FTIR, Boehm''s titration method and circle reach the electric potential result and show, use (H2O2, KMnO4) tendure carbon nanotubes in charge of surface include sour sense base group on connecting to make after the quality to change(-COOH, -OH) ,This sense base group contributes to improving and enduring the ability that the carbon nanotubes is in charge of absorbing the heavy metal. In absorbing the experiment, enduring the carbon nanotubes and is in charge of all having it of improving that absorbs the result on pH 2 to 12 ranges after changing qualities via H2O2, KMnO4, and it absorb Cd2+ absorbing Raw-CNTs 18.3 mg/g, H2O2-CNTs 31.7 mg/g, KMnO4-CNTs 73.78 mg/g, change quality endure carbon nanotubes in charge of adsorbed water their Cd2+ is it Pseudo-second-order equation power absorb the way to accord with all.
