Management of chemicals operation not merely important, what accidents happen is it react to meet an emergency when participating in a contest, the key-point of determining the scale of accident, and it is timing, which depend on on-site operators trained ordinarily to meet an unexpected emergency. Our product values of petrochemical related industrials closes to 3 trillion at present, and the semiconductor and photo-electricity industry are twin stars of 3 trillion, also use many chemicals, the operation amount of the chemicals of our country reach the unprecedented situation, but educated domestically and trains the place live, once face the emergence of the chemical calamity, will cause the losses by a large margin of the life, environment and property, so the emergency response ability requested to meets an accident promptly each time, so it is the top priority of establish a Fire Training Field to learn to treat the chemical accident from petrochemical factory and transportation tank. Analyze the reason of its accident and rescue the relative demand for technology in order to collect relevant materials, such as domestic and international chemicals accident, etc. In this research, design four quantity form by questionnaire (whether the Carbon Dioxide extinguishing, water spray jointly extinguishing, leak and stop leaking and training method), mould the investigation results of Mai-Laio Formosa industrial complex with four companies, and in order to meet an emergency while organizing into groups promptly three different roles (professional fire brigade , zone defense fire brigade, factory emergency response group), analysis the result, the extinguishing technology is extremely important; In stopping leaking technology, cognitive to the support organization outsides, so the attention to be relatively low; In training method, do training in the professional training field is the highest important , then the real maneuver of training, suppose with study the samly, and the correct rate of award of the inference is above 93.7%.
