Summary: | 碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所碩士班 === 96 === The main objective of the study is to examine the effectiveness of the Discover the Environment project on sustainable environment development concepts of grade 7 students. The framework of this study was based on the quasiexperimental design of nonequivalent pretest-posttest refered group. The subjects were two classes of the grade 7 students in Tou-Liu Junior high School in Yunlin County as experimental group and refered group . The experimental group received Discover the Environment project for 6 weeks, and refered group didn’t receive any project. Both groups accepted pre-test and post-test questionnaire with Scale of the concept of Environmental Sustainable for junior high school students.Beside quantity information of a questionnaire, the Quest- ionnaire on Learning Perception, The Teachers’ Observation Records, and experimental group students’ learning sheets were also collected as qualitative information. The findings of this study are listed as follows:
1. Discover the Environment project could enhance the knowledge of sustainable environment development of the junior high school students.
2.Discover the Environment project could enhance the attitude of sustainable environment development of the junior high school students.
3.There were no significant differences between groups in the environmental sustainable behavior after receiving Discover the Environment project.
4.Discover the Environment project could enhance the conceps of sustainable environment development of the junior high school students.
5.After receiving the treatments, students have positive attitude toward the Discover the Environment project and instructional activities.
