| Summary: | 碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 文化資產維護系碩士班 === 96 === Many young people participated in the community development in Yunlin Prefecture for many years. The purpose of this study was to establish the youth empowerment process of community development, the network relationship of community development, the youth empowerment mode of community development, the classification of the knowledge in community development and the way of accumulate.
This study focused on the youth empowerment through the collaboration of community development in Yunlin Prefecture. The subjects were 14 young people chosen from the participators of Yunlin community development including community young volunteers, culture alternative service, and the assistants of community development center. Then , I adopted participating observation, half-structural depth interview, and used the qualitative analytic software Atlas.ti, to found and compressed the problem behind the youth empowerment.
The findings of this study were as follows: First, the youths almost play the role of medium. Second, the youth empowerment is a kind of short-term process. Third, the youth network relationship of community development included subordinate, guidance, and indirect relations. Fourth, to establish the youth empowerment mode of community development. Finally, the three classifications of the knowledge in community development and the way of accumulate were found.
The findings of this study suggest that：
1.To consolidate the correlation among community youth volunteer, culture alternative service, and the assistant of community development center.
2.More attention should be paid on the community young volunteers. Besides, it also should be known how to organize them.
3.To establish the handover system of culture alternative service.
4.Finally, to develop the professional knowledge of the assistant of community development center.
