Moreover, this study was to explore the factors of influencing outcomes and quality by in-depth interviewing. Study subjects were drawn from some association in the central area of Taiwan. This study investigated 83 elders, and 81 questionnaires were completed. The mean score of the situation of service attendants were 4.07 and the mean score of the attitude of service attendants were 4.05. Overall, participants felt satisfied with both home help services and the subsidy program provided by the government for long-term care. The mean score were 3.53. The main findings of the qualitative study were summarized as follows: The offering of the service is full of considerate and supportive for elders. The satisfaction of elders were affected by solved method and reaction time. While the resource is limited, the government should subsidize for needful and poor elders.
