Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 96 === With the emerging global production-and-marketing supply chain, Taiwan plays a key role in the global supply chain; to match the international standards, the industries in Taiwan have become to introduce the statistical process control (SPC) for the advancement of core competitiveness and accordingly anticipate that it may promote greatly the quality standard and lower the cost outgoing due to the bad quality at the same time. To meet the global competition, the current LED products are urged to be produced before the problems which should have been resolved are resolved during the design phase; moreover, the manufacturing quality depends on the quality control to select the products with failures and abnormalities. Consequently, it fails to build a complete failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) for the early LED-product process management aiming at monitoring key features of the process. This paper attempts to locate the influential key features of the process in LED crystalline grain plants through employing FMEA and design of experiments (DOE) and thereupon builds SPC via data feedback of manufacturing execution system; furthermore, it expects to establish a set of methods and processes of process improvement.
