碩士 === 元智大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 96 === The integration of TFT-LCD industry chain is the main task for cost-down and promoting the competitiveness. This research discusses the primary concern in vendor selection, which is “Quality”, and come out the feasible way for it. With well quality control ability, not only can produce the in-spec product but also make great strides toward the “6 sigma”, reducing the variation and create profit. This research comes out the criteria and audit checklist from ISO quality management system and special request of LCD makers. By using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) model, we can get the weight of each criterion for vendor selection. The checklist can be use by supplier quality management department in quality auditing and then score by each criteria. 1.Product design control:19.47% 2.Nonconformity control:18.99% 3.Process control:13.7% 4.Supplier quality control:12.55% 5.Monitoring and measuring devices control:12.53% 6.Quality system control:11.39% 7.Packing, storage, shipping control:6.08% 8.Document and knowedge management:5.29% Totally 179 check items not just use for auditing, but also for the reference of quality improvement. According to the weight of these 8 criteria, LCD makers focus on the phase of product design and nonconformity control. Using the weight and audit checklist, we can easily distinguish the worse from better vendor when auditing and scoring. This will be the useful information for the policymaker when making decision.
