This paper is mainly consists field emission measurement and analysis of measure data. In during this experiment was use structure of triode electronic field emission. And adjust anode and gate voltage. Then measure anode current and brightness values. Using engineering analysis of graphics software, can made anode current and brightness and luminous efficiency contour plots. Analysis of above plots by individual, can clearly and identify both input parameters of variable, each other degree of the affect. Also, these plots to interactive analysis and compare measure values of each plot. Researchers can get each plot of relationship between. Use these methods to performing data process, then get analysis of some results. Such as: Almost anode current entering the current saturated region in anode voltage is 400V; Anode voltage on the brightness of the affect of increase is linear relation and so on. In the early procedural of develop of the field emission lighting device. Analyzed of these results can provide for researchers, as in many brightness and luminous efficiency between the parameters.
