Therefore, there were few academic researches as well as the related studies. Thus, this research will take the first step to analyze the e-map application by Hamel‘s business model theory, The core purpose is to realize how to find the new pattern of gaining commercial profit as well as to evaluate the following profit . This research could be trace back to the year of 2002 when the business model began. This study will be divided into two stages:the first is the period of exclusive distribution from the year of 2002 to 2006; the second is when there were competitors join the business market after 2006.The business model pattern discussion will mainly aim at analyzing the business model strength when the T-company enter to market. For the suggestion to the future operation, it will base upon the analysis of present situation of market strength structure. Under the fast changing of business market, the two stages change form differently. The purpose of this research is to provide deeply study to enterprises’ management and related scholars’ researches. By this research, it helps enterprises’ management to check their resources and find their strength structure and links between conformations, and simultaneously get profit propeller when they plan to set a new business model.
