After summarizing the findings, this research intends to provide these as references for future campus bully prevention education implemented in the elementary school. This research method adopts survey query approach, and the research tools are divided into two parts. Teacher query sheet is completed based on collections from relevant documentation as well as the discussions and recommendations with instructing professors. As for the student part, after acquiring permission from the teacher, Tseng Shu-Hua, this thesis selected relevant queries to proceed to the compilation and pretest for research survey query sheet. Researcher then proceeded to item analysis, factor analysis and credibility analysis based on pretest results. And these eventually evolved into “Survey query for the current status and requirement for elementary school teacher in implementing campus bully prevention education in Yunlin County”. In addition, research’s main subject group was formed by the students from higher grades and the elementary school teachers serving as class tutors. There were 700 copies of survey sheets disseminated for the students and 500 copies for the teachers. All acquired information was statistically analyzed through SPSS 13.0 The following are the conclusions from this research: One: The current status for bully behavior on the elementary campus in Yunlin County 1. The findings from this research discovered that, within the five types of bully behavior, the “language bully” scored the highest among interviewees, sequentially followed by “relationship bully”, “body bully”, “counterattacking bully”. And the lowest on the chart was “sexual bully”. Two: The perceptions for campus bully prevention education implemented by elementary school teachers in Yunlin County 1. Teacher possesses positive and proactive attitude 2. Technical approach should adopt teaching materials as well as employing the assistance from related institutions. 3. School administration support should orient toward the establishment and enhancement in the hardware environment. 4. Impeding factors are mostly lack of seed instructor possessing relevant professionalism. Three: Relating to the current status for the requirement of campus bully prevention education 1. Requirements for related advancement studies for teachers are that the teachers commonly acknowledge themselves as lacking relevant professional trainings in campus bully prevention, therefore, how to enhance the opportunities and intentions for teacher advancement studies become important. 2. Technical ability teaching method profile indicates that the most needed teaching materials for teachers are to assist students to elevate their learning interests. 3. The administrative related coordinated requirement profile, the community resource absorption or support are one of the areas considerably worth to be focused and cultivated in the efforts of campus bully prevention. Four: Those having processing experiences exhibited high scoring tendency than those having no experience in related advancement study requirements and the total requirements. The rest of the profiles and total measurement chart exhibited no significant differences among all background variables. Five: The relevancy between the current status and requirement for elementary school teacher in implementing campus bully prevention education in Yunlin County 1. When the scoring becomes higher for the attitude profile, technical capability and the school administration support in bully status, the scorings for all the profiles for bully prevention education requirements and the overall are becoming higher. 2. When the impeding factors for bully current status are scoring higher, then the requirements for related advancement studies would be higher. Nonetheless, the requirements for bully prevention education are not significantly related to other profiles. According to research findings, the following are the directions for efforts proposed based on a few profiles: The causes for the occurrence of bully behavior are varied and complex at best. Thus, the prevention tasks must be working from many different approaches. Educationally administrative institutions should provided related studies as well as teaching materials. In the aspect of the school, it needs to enhance the campus space area as well as sponsor parental educational promotion in addition to fully utilizing community resources. The teacher on the personal level, should pursue self-advancement to grow in a professional sense so that the teacher can learn related knowledge and technical capabilities, such as: Participating new legal knowledge forum or studying in related domains scholastically.
