Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 犯罪防治所 === 97 === The author wanted to survey how modern society uses the community /private activity domain to access a process of discipline by the power. Therefore, the power mold the homeless people into intruder and in this model of stigmatization, the public project their fear upon the homeless people. they were afraid all the illegal activity of the homeless people, the homeless people had became “the other” because fear, then they had became savages and destroyer differ from mainstream of society and therefore a method of discipline is legitimately in the name of society justice. The homeless people stared to devalue the identity cognition of themselves, had believed to get freedom on their own was stayed on the bottom class of society. They could be secure on there only. In the process of this study, the author had selected twelve subjects of the homeless people and got subjects to give authorization completely. The author had been used a method of in-depth interview in a life condition based on a nature environment of the homeless people and had used sound recording, too. Society control contains a lot of concept of valid construction、formation、official、force、punish ,etc. It means that“the other”was excluded and separated by the power. Therefore, we should set up a connection between official government and non-governmental organizations to reduce the process of discipline by society justice.
