Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理所 === 97 === The environment that the enerprises or people have to face is dynamic intrinsically. It means that the environment would changne all the time. Since that when making a decision of one task,it would change another factors, which have causal relationship some people cannot aware. Also, the changes will feedback to the next decision. Then the feedbacks have other two traits: time delay and non-linear features. So these kind of tasks are dynamic decisions. Therefore, people who have to make decision of the dynamic decisions face dynamic tasks. As a result, this research uses experimental research to discover「A model of the stages of problem solving」 by Schein. To figure out that wheather the level of following the principles of the model ,the group process-orientation level, would affect perfomerance and learning effect in dyanmic complexity task. To relaize that when groups face the dynamic decision tasks, wheather their process-orientation would positively affect their decision performance. This study’s exprienment tool is management flight simulator. The results indicated that in groups only having limited system-thinking,the higher their process-orientation level are,the higher decision performance they will have. Besides, the higher their process-orientation they are,the more improvement they make by praticing many times. In other words, the groups having higher process-orientation have higher learing effect than the lower groups.
