Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教育學研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to understand the present situation of the case elementary school on campus opening, and the related personnel’s view on open campus, and furthermore to discuss the influence and the coping strategies in accordance with campus opening. In order to achieve the above research goal, one of the elementary schools in Tainan County was taken as the study case. By using the case study technique, students’ guardians, the community populace, the school personnel and the students were taken as the study objects. Methods of qualitative research such as questionnaire survey, depth interview, participant observation and document analysis conduct the study, generalizing the conclusion to be as follows: 1. The resources of the elementary school opened contain three aspects: hardware resources, affair resources, human resources, in which hardware resources was the most often used by students’ guardians and the community populace. 2. “Hardware resources—places and facilities” mainly the outdoor and the public space, like playground, auditorium and courts in particular. 3. Most of the student guardians and the community populace use or participate “affair resources” by attending the activity, including games, parent-teacher activities and festival celebrations. On the other hand, education publicizing, further educational activities and school-based curriculum development were opened less, because the related personnel did not think these were the business which the school could open. 4. Everyone in the school, including the principal, teachers, the administrative staff and students, is available resources that the school may open. Students and teachers were above all opened to the community to provide assistance. 5. Most of the people related to the case school approve of the campus opening, especially the community populace. They approve of the related policies on campus opening most. 6. Campus opening of the case school has brought positive influence and negative influence on the school, teachers, students, students’ guardians and the community populace as well. 7. In order to cope with campus opening, the case school adopted four aspects of strategies as follows: completing correlative laws and organization, guaranteeing the safety of teachers and students, perfectly managing the places and facilities, maintaining normal teaching activities. According to these main discovery and conclusions above, this study proposed suggestions about the case school, the education policies and the following research related to this issue for reference.
