In addition, the interaction between age and training method also had significant effects on training effect and recall effect. Regarding the training effect, the effect of text only E-learning on younger training receivers was significantly better than multimedia E-learning. The effect of tradition training method on elderly training receivers was significantly better than text only and multimedia E-learning. Regarding the recall effect, the effect of text only E-learning on younger training receivers was significantly better than tradition training method and multimedia E-learning. The effect of multimedia E-learning on elderly training receivers was significantly better than text only E-learning.
