There are three layers in the Cadabia which is an ontology-based database and able to store the object-oriented data. They are useful to construct concepts that can be shared on the internet. A Mind Map is a diagram used to represent ideas, tasks, structures, or other items linked to and arranged around a central key word or idea. It is more and more popular and has bee used widely in resent years. If we use the Mind Maps as a information storage police, there is a challenge to query the Mind Maps data by the traditional database system. We develop a Mind Map documents transformation system for the Cadabia backend, and users can retrieve the information of the Mind Maps data by our database system.
