This research targets were from six retired-experienced school teachers. The teaching career was divided into three periods. Qualitative research approach was adopted. Data were collected through interviews as well as document analysis, and were conducted with further organization and analysis. Main findings of this study were shown as the following: 1. The core belief guides the teacher’s teaching beliefs. The belief is not changed easily, but may be adjusted. 2. The teaching beliefs of the teachers in our cases are not consistent at the three periods. 3. After changing the teaching belief, part of the teachers in our cases identify their original beliefs again. 4. After the conflicts of teaching belief, some of the teachers in our cases have drastic change on it. 5. Part of the teaching beliefs tend to converge after long term of experience and change. 6. Regarding to the acknowledgement of learner, the teaching beliefs of the teacher in our cases diffuse to students’ parents. The function of students’ families needs to be emphasized. 7.
