Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 電機工程所 === 97 === This thesis presents design and implementation of an isolated bi-directional DC/DC converter with high conversion ratio and high output power for renewable power system applications, and the topology of this circuit is a full-bridge type. When the voltage at the low-voltage bus is below the normal range, the circuit is operated in a charging mode. On the other hand, when the voltage at the low-voltage bus is beyond the normal range, the circuit is operated in a discharging mode. If it is regulated within the normal range, the circuit is an idle mode. All of the control procedures are realized with a microcontroller. Additionally, this thesis proposes a flyback snubber to alleviate the voltage spike caused by the current difference between the filter inductor and leakage inductance of the isolation transformer, and to reduce the current flowing through the active switches at the low-voltage bus. Finally, a 1.5 kW isolated bi-directional DC/DC converter has been implemented to verify the feasibility of this circuit.
