In the previous [1] result command, the thin film uniformity is improved by using solvent reflowing and pre-wetting treatment on the pure PDMS before inking organic polymer solution like MEH-PPV and P3HT solutions. However, solvent reflowing and pre-wetting treatment on PDMS can’t improve the thin film uniformity for inking other polymer solutions like PVP、PMMA and PEDOT:PSS anymore. According to our problems, we quite『interfacial energy and adhesion work』and『loss of free energy』concepts to predict and explain that the behaves of polymer solutions deposit on low surface energy PDMS substrate.
