Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 資訊管理學研究所 === 97 === This study puts the emphasis on the case of Amigo Third-party Logistics, discussing what disaster responses are taken into action after a fire in their head quarter, and what knowledge management strategies are applied to those employees who stay after major brain drain. This study also presents what information strategy system Amigo utilizes in refining responses to the changes of logistic environment and promoting the performances of mutual cooperation between different divisions in the company after this fierce catastrophe and harsh brain drain. Then, a proposal to create a future knowledge-based logistics system is brought upon. What this study reveals after a further analysis of this third-party logistics and what it has been through is as follows: 1. Without disaster responses being organized in advance, the disaster recovery rapidity will be severely affected when an industry suffers from disasters that can considerably impact on company operation. 2. Any implicit logistics decisions made by the company or by any individual will have great impact on the quality of logistic decision and then, the logistic performance improvement. 3. The core of logistic system determines the performance of logistic decisions. Instead of using traditional software developing method that can not well adapt to logistic decision support system, enterprise resource planning should be coordinated with knowledge management to establish the core system of logistic. By introducing concrete case, this research aims to discuss the ideas of professional managers, the scheme of logistic information strategies, management of information disasters and continuity of professional abilities, searching for logistic industry’s directions in developing information strategies.
