This study first introduces the definition of Real Estate Securities and then the issuance structure of Real Estate Asset Trust and Real Estate Investment Trust. In addition research the Real Estate Securitization market to analyze the system difference between Real Estate Assets Trust and Real Estate Investment Trust. Further more by study the actual case of issued Real Estate Assets Trust and the subjects of Real Estate Investment Trust, investors and trustee to compare the difference and similarities of these two trust forms and make recommendations. The final is the suggestion for enhancing the more transparent and fully disclosure in market information in order to build up a health market mechanism.
