However, very limited studies are available on whether the healthcare information application system which has been developed by Taiwan can be successfully introduced to the healthcare organizations in China and the potential problems which follow afterwards.
This study is conducted as a case study. It is designed to examine the related issues regarding the introduction of Taiwan’s system into China through in-depth and open interviews with China’s healthcare organizations who are currently using the physical examination system established by the information company in Taiwan。
Based on the research results, provide the following three recommendations for information companies in Taiwan who plan to enter China’s healthcare information market in the future: (1) develop market by prototyping; (2) appropriately introduce new management model; (3) maintain good public relations which will benefit in obtaining, proceeding and evaluating new projects.
