| Summary: | 博士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系(所) === 97 === Digital home network is the main bridge to construct digital home and, especially, is the first step to reach the digital home. It is significant indicators of all families in the not-so-distant future too, because only digitization home could make the lifestyle of families more high-quality and better.
The purpose of this study is to construct key indices that have an impact on digital home network and to establish an appropriate hierarchical structure and evaluating criteria for investigating future development trend. Firstly, relevant literatures are collected to summarize the issues of digital home network. Next, Delphi method is used to survey Taiwan, Japan and Korea systems in Taiwan using penal experts and to find out the hierarchical structure of the future development trend of digital home network. Finally, AHP is utilized to analyze and explore the consistence and importance of various dimensions.
The results of this study show that the mainstream will be dominated by the winner of digital home network with low cost, high security, interflow, easy set up and use. Those who want to be part of this industry should focus on establishing close relationship with the technology standard of global alliance and formulating strategic alliance with companies in different industries, the competitiveness can then be assured and market share can also be improved.
