Discuss scope to include components survey, system simulation, circuit design, system integrated, PCB Layout, stylization control and so on. Second chapter and third chapter major to be aimed at ATE discuss step by step; chapter four discuss the antenna design; chapter six for ATE layer PCB circuit board brief introduction. This thesis system simulation used software is Agilent Ratio frequency simulation software ADS2006A within Budget analysis function, simulation analysis contain system P1dB, Noise Figure; system control used micro control 8051, control system do Sweep、AGC、AFC and use keil C design C programming language and debug.
