But tourism industry has become the fastest growing industry and has created many job opportunities. The booming of tourism industry not only increases foreign exchange reserves, but also improves the life quality of local residents. To boost tourism industry, managers have to emphasize on customer satisfaction. Customers are willing to do word-of-mouth marketing, only when they receive high-quality service. As a result, this study develops a customer satisfaction model for Dahu Township in Miaoli County, Taiwan.
