The research material teacher background including teacher's sex, the age, the marriage, the service period of service, holds the post of the duty, mainly teaches the subject, highest school record, school attribute, school state, school scale and so on ten broad headings. Student difference main by student's studies aspect and mental ability two kinds. In the studies aspect, leaves four factors after the factor analysis extract, Including the ponder and deduction ability, art and the originality performance, the language and the knowledge standard, study and attend class the manner and so on four items. Looks by the overall mean value (M=2.69), The Taichung area high school teachers to the educational reform around the student in the studies aspect's impression are frontage. Four factor construction surface height order for art and the originality performance, studies and attends class the manner, the ponder and deduction ability, the language and the knowledge standard. In the mental ability, leaves four factors after the factor analysis extract, Including ponder and practical ability, responsibility and citizen accomplishment, schoolwork and life pressure, service and physical ability activity and so on four items.
