The research material teacher background including teacher's sex, the age, the marriage, the service period of service, holds the post of the duty, mainly teaches the subject, highest school record, school attribute, school state, school scale and so on ten broad headings. Student difference main by student's studies aspect and mental ability two kinds. In the studies aspect, leaves four factors after the factor analysis extract, Including the ponder and deduction ability, art and the originality performance, the language and the knowledge standard, study and attend class the manner and so on four items.
