Relevant research focused on Taiwanese Business to invest in China how to solve the financial problem. The late 80's, Taiwan's economic development rapidly, trade surplus with U.S. rapidly increase, and make currency appreciation. At this time, living standards rise, labor shortages, rising wages. Therefore, the products have lost competitive advantage. When encountered by Taiwanese Business to invest in China demand for funds, for some reasons can not be obtained directly from the Taiwan parent company financial assistance. Then, Taiwanese Business need to find another way to gain the financial aid. Recently, Taiwanese Business have chosen the way of outside funding, particularly to Hong Kong stock market. According this study that Taiwanese Business successful reason, the main factor is the degree of mastery of the resource. When Taiwanese Business to invest overseas, the financial services industry would plays a very important role. The beginning of Taiwan’s manufacturing industry move to overseas, the middle of the producer services sector and the financial services industry has gradually wither, lack of assistance capacity. Therefore, Taiwanese Business have started to go to Hong Kong stock market and seek resources to support. When enterprise listed in Hong Kong stock market, the enterprise can get more resource when implementate of the strategy. FAIR FRIEND GROUP as an example, in order to rapidly expand its business territory, through enters in Hong Kong stock maret. It enhances the international visibility, increased international orders, to get more M & A opportunities. And execute an effective M & A strategy to create enterprise success. Furthermore, with the availability of funds, increase in financial leverage, brand leverage, and ability leverage.
