碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 營建工程研究所 === 97 === Bierbao Gugenhan art museum, a famous tourist treasure in Spain, has promoted the tour enterprise and led the economic development, also initiated the cultural industry since October, 1997. The influence between the cultural facilities and tourist industry has become a main issue in this city based on this case. According to this motive, this research will achieve the following proposals based on the key points of literature review and profession study. 1. Discussing the meaning of local culture industry and further confirming the idea of “the individual public building can lead the civic culture industry, even the metropolis regeneration”. 2. Discussing the relationship between the museum and the place culture industry, and analyzing it based on the fields of economy, culture, society, industry and recreation. 3. Discussing the present stages of the museum management, the government culture administration and the place culture industry, and affording a suggestive approach. This research mainly aims at the influence which the museum leads to the culture industrial development and the local economic revitalization and cultural heritage preservation based on a case of National Museum of Prehistory in Taitung, and analyzes the factors which the museum can effect on the place culture based on the local economy, culture, society, industry and recreation. At first, this research induces the museum function of evolution from the local economy and the cultural development and makes a concept of culture marketing. Secondly, reviews history of Taitung place culture and industry reformation, and discusses the role of place culture and industrial development. Following the investigation of the present state-run Taiwan prehistoric culture museum, makes a understanding to the development on its archaeology attribute. Finally, concludes the results of the influence Taitung place culture industrial development from the Prehistoric Museum based on economy, culture, society, industry and recreation. After the procedure of this research, the finding is that the Prehistoric Museum can indeed be a catalyst role of the place culture industrial development. the Prehistoric Museum is the main intermediary between the cultural policy and the cultural market in Taitung. It can be an expanding resource of network which integrates the administration coordinated ability, the conformity government, the enterprise, the media, the school resources to market Taitung tourism and cultural industry.
