The challenging problem of the Network control systems (NCS) is the random time delay of the network. Therefore, the stabilization problem of Networked Control Perturbed Systems with time delay systems has been one of the most popular research areas in control systems over the years. In this thesis, based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional combining with LMI(Linear matrix inequality) approach, delay dependent robust stability criteria are derived. The proposed stabilization criteria are relatively simple to be checked numerically and generalize the time delay systems with perturbation.
