Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業與系統工程研究所 === 97 === Due to rising awareness of environmental protection and regulation of European directives, product recycle and reuse have become important tasks in order to reduce resource consumption and environmental impact. After reviewing researches of reverse logistics recovery, there is no study to explore the recovery of waste products from product structure. Therefore, this study would like to develop a product recovery profit model for notebook computer, in which the recovery of waste products from product structure is considered. There are five possible flows after the recovery of waste products, namely, disassembly, re-manufacturing, recycling of raw materials, part inventory and disposal of wastes. From these, we can find the maximal profit. In addition, this study calculates disassembly-ability value based on component attribute and operation attribute in order to assess the disassembly-ability of products. Moreover, this study explores recovery profit, component disassembly-ability, and environmental impact for each key component in order to increase profit and efficiency of product recovery.
