Monomer dianhydride and different kinds of stabilizer were dissolved in polymerization medium and poured into reactor stirrering by homogenizer or magnetic stirrerat . Added Monomer diamine slowly into reactor stirrering in constant temperature for 20℃. Then disperse homogeneously and polymerization for 30 minutes. After completely polymerization, poly(amic acid) particles solution can be obtained。 By changing the different kinds of stabilizer and reaction conditions, the effects on the particles size、morphology and thermal properties were investigated. The stable polymerization system to prepare monodisperse poly(amic acid) particles can be found from this study。 From the experimental results, we can get better particle morphology with uniform by using SDS and PVP and PAA as stabilizer ; the diameter of poly(amic acid) particles increased with increasing the total amount of dianhydride monomer and diamine monomer.
