Output voltage of the voltage control amplifier can be determined by the input voltage command. Since the output alternate current signal is changed following the input DC voltage signal, the bridge between PC and amplifier circuit can thus be linked as long as the circuit of voltage control amplifier is designed in the liner range. Class-D amplifier is used as the core of the driver. Generation of PWM signal is improved by using Self-Oscillating PWM. LC filter is used and implemented in the Back amplifier so that matching impedance between the piezoelectric capacitance and the circuit becomes easier and more efficient. The proposed driving circuitry has good merits of small volume and less complexity and high efficiency. Experimetn is carried out and presented to verify its performance.
