Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 應用物理研究所 === 97 === In this thesis, we want to construct the general potential for a stochastic dynamical equation, and use generalized potential to find stationary probability distribution. First we need to find the gauge transformation. That can make decomposition for drift force and diffusion force, drift force that after making transformation will be native gradient of general potential. Then make a constraint that new diffusion matrix equal to the symmetry term of transformation matrix. Use these Conditions to find general potential. The system is single autoregulation networks that use Rate equation, Birth-Death Process and Ω-expansion to modeling system. Basis on this, start to construct the general potential.
