The management performance of manpower agencies became a concerned issue. What are the relationships among the numbers of transnational manpower agency professionals, employees, and foreign labors, reflect on the management performance of a company? Is there a direct proportion between the management performance of the agency and the size of the company? The main object of this study is focused on manpower agencies in Taoyuan, Traditional data envelopment analysis (DEA) is applied to evaluate the agents for management performance assessment. The based transnational manpower agencies’ professionals of Taoyuan, the numbers of employees and foreign workers imported by the agencies are used to complete crossover's assessment analysis. I hope that the result, analysis and finding of this study would provide transnational manpower agencies in Taiwan a valuable reference to help them make suitable management decision and survive in this field.
