They are unable to do much research & they don’t have enough funds for research. Therefore, new Technology & products are normally developed by the research organizations, and then transfer the achievement to industrial field. But, most of the invention & patent from the research organizations do not have proper manufacturing process & target product. A completion of technical transfer is not only need to find a technical possessor & reliable relationship from carry on manufactures, a suitable products & processing procedures are also the key concern of patentees and inventors. Therefore, this research is based on a technical transferor’s point of view to discuss procedures of transferable technique with manufactures of agricultural chemicals on the key point of influence of successful transfer. This research is a questionnaire survey from the record to find out the related items of weight, list out the factor of influence for experimental institution & through the discussion with expert from the industry to Generalize influences such as the characterization of technical provider, the characterization of technical receiver, type of technique and bilateral relationship etch. Through the analysis from analytic hierarchy process, they are factors that apparently influence the technical transfer, (1) Type of biology (2) desire to accept transfer (3) Type of preserve environment (4) the quality improvement (5) Processing experience and the capacity of production (6) investment prior the research (7) Aggressive attitude of researchers. According to the following result of analysis, this research toward the local manufacturer and the research institution to provide suggestions, hope through the above mentioned method to build up the lasting cooperation with research institution & enterprises and strive for Taiwanese industry.
