To a deeper understanding for the development of entrepreneurial business intelligence, the two phases research design were employed. The first phase adopted a case study, through interview with 4 cases, depth understanding the change of the entrepreneurs operating business thought and knowledge development. In the second phase adopted a questionaire survey, this study based on literature and interviews with the contents of the questionnaire design, total of 147 questionnaires were issued. The result reveals: entrepreneurial business intelligence is affected by prior knowledge, social capital and absorptive capacity. The relationship among variables, the analytical intelligence and creativity intelligence of business intelligence is more significant than practical intelligence. The results may can be explained why many business owners select to return and attend the school to study professional courses. In addition, entrepreneurial social capital on the relevance of creativity intelligence display higher, we can learn the diversification of social network owned by the entrepreneurs can stimulate the entrepreneurs to obtain different sources of knowledge and information, which can enhance their innovative capacity. And prior knowledge on the relevance of analytical intelligence display higher, it can explain the problem-solving ability and strategic planning of entrepreneurs operating business were more from the cumulation of prior knowledge and experience. It is worth noting that an interview of the case study found the entrepreneurial practical intelligence, the self-confidence are significant impact on business operating performance. And entrepreneurs’ penetrative observation will help them to identify new business opportunities. The results can explain the cumulation of the development of entrepreneurs capacity, and probing further into the concept of intelligence development of applied psychology extended to business studies.
